In our patients’ words

At MusIC we’re committed to monitoring patient welfare and satisfaction, and to continuous improvement in everything we do. Through our Patient Satisfaction Programme we record our patients’ levels of satisfaction with the service, treatment and care they receive.

Patients often add their own comments about their experience of our service. If you’re considering treatment with us, and feel a little anxious about what might be involved, their experiences can help to put your mind at ease.

We have a formal complaints procedure in place to enable us to put right those issues where we haven’t met your expectations and ensure such things don’t happen again.

We aim to investigate and resolve problems as quickly as possible, so if you have a complaint about any of our services, please contact us as soon as you can.

You can provide your feedback quickly and easily through our Feedback form.

Feedback

I was fortunate enough to have an appointment with Mr. James Lee on 10th May 2018 with the challenge I am facing. I would like to be noted that, I am completely overwhelmed by the way James handled my challenge. He is utterly professional, extremely caring individual looking after people of my age and challenges . Individuel like James are rare commodity in this day and age. Throughout my dealings with James, he kept his promises and kept me abreast of information and guidance which I needed for my challenge. Individuel like James's who are of high caliber professionals are difficult to find. I would be most grateful, if you were to pass on my most grateful thanks and regards to James.

Today I had an appointment with the Bucks Musculoskeletal Service. I saw Mr Harry Kardamilas. I just want to say thank you to him for the understanding, gentle and kind way he treated me. It is quite rare these days to find someone with such patience. Please convey my sincere thanks to him. I had an injection in my foot and am pleased to say it feels much easier.

The admin staff were lovely, they returned my call promptly, booked my appointment and couldn’t be more helpful. The team were reassuring and discussed my options clearly and were very knowledgeable. The whole set up is excellent, I would recommend this service to anyone.

I was treated with respect and dignity both at reception and during my treatment. Today's experience was superb - including information on my follow up which was indeed most "comforting". I cannot think of improvement strategies!

My physio was very professional, efficient and clearly explained how the session would run. I felt my autonomy was respected. She formulated a plan, which felt achievable and offered a follow up, which was reassuring.
